After the introductory sessions and the presentation of the map of available EU funds, the Academy of EU Opportunities begins the first thematic training cycle , dedicated to the agricultural sector.
The training will be held on March 25, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. , in the premises of the European House in Belgrade .
During this session, financing opportunities in the field of agriculture will be presented in detail through:
- Single Market Program – a program that provides support for competitiveness, market development and capacity building within the EU single market.
- IPARD program – as a key instrument of support for rural development and investments in agriculture;
Participants will receive a clear overview of the purpose of these programs, the types of projects supported, the basic requirements for applying, as well as practical guidelines for preparing a project idea and understanding the logic of grant funding. Special focus will be on how to recognize whether a specific initiative has the potential for EU support and how to approach further steps.
The training is part of the annual cycle of the EU Opportunities Academy, which is organized by the European House in cooperation with the Team for Support of Participation in European Union Programs. The program is intended for young people, potential applicants and everyone who is in the early stages of joining EU programs and wants to gain basic and applicable knowledge about available funds.
The work takes place in a half-day format, through a combination of expert presentations, practical examples, discussion and exchange of experiences. The number of places is limited , in order to ensure quality and interactive work.
