Another weekend of travel through the game this time takes us to Portugal.
On Saturday, March 21, from 11:30 a.m., at the European House Nis (Vožda Karađorđa 5), we are organizing a workshop dedicated to the multiple award-winning board game ‘ AZUL’ , inspired by traditional Portuguese ceramic tiles, azulejos .
This board game is known for its simple rules but deep strategy.
Participants take on the role of artists who carefully select and arrange colorful tiles to create the most beautiful and valuable wall mosaics. The game encourages strategic thinking, planning ahead and making informed decisions, as each move affects the outcome and the other players’ options. Through the game, children will develop logical and strategic thinking, attention, concentration, the ability to plan and predict moves, patience and precision.
The workshop is intended for children between the ages of 8 and 12, and all interested parents and guardians can register their children via the LINK .
This playful get-together was designed with the idea of getting children away from phones, televisions and other screens for a few hours , and in return they get the opportunity to explore the culture of Portugal through play, develop creativity and discover how much fun learning can be when it is connected to colors, art and team spirit.

The workshop is realized by the European House Nis in cooperation with the organization “Teach Me”.
